Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law from the date of receiving your order.
This right applies only to private individuals.

How to proceed:

  • 📧 Send a withdrawal notice by email: info@loyto24.fi
    Include: name, address, order date, and product details

  • 📦 Return the product within 7 days of sending the withdrawal notice

  • The product must be in original condition, unused, and carefully packaged

  • 💰 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • 📝 Include a copy of the withdrawal notice

  • ⚠️ If the product has been used, damaged, or is not suitable for resale, we reserve the right to deduct a depreciation fee or reject the return

Please note:

  • Löytö24 is a discovery and liquidation store – not a trial or rental service

  • Include your name, contact information, and bank account for the refund

  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product

Business Customers

Business customers do not have the right of withdrawal under consumer protection law.
Any returns or cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis under a separate agreement.
